Questions
Before you order
The things customers ask us most often about PTA status, payment and delivery.
Ask us anythingA PTA approved phone is already registered with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, so any SIM works in it straight away. A non-PTA phone works on Wi-Fi but needs registering, and tax paying, before it will hold a SIM beyond the trial period. Our listings say which one you are buying.
It depends on the model and whether you register on a passport or a CNIC. Our PTA tax calculator gives you an estimate for both routes. The final payable amount is set by FBR/DIRBS on your PSID.
Yes, across Pakistan. Orders above Rs 100,000 need a 50% advance by bank transfer to confirm the order. The remaining 50% is paid in cash on delivery. Orders below Rs 100,000 are fully cash on delivery.
One to two working days in Lahore and two to four elsewhere. You can see the full table on our delivery page.
Tell us within seven days and we will exchange it, either in the shop or by courier. Bring the box and accessories with you.
